Process automation for small and mid-sized businesses
Less retyping.
Many businesses run on paper lists, spreadsheets and email, and in the end somebody types it all in again. I build software that brings these workflows into one place. I work alone, so you always talk to the person who writes the code.
How you notice
- The same number is in three files, and none of them is quite right.
- A list gets printed, filled in and then typed in again.
- When one person is on holiday, nobody knows where a case is.
- Approvals go out by email and get lost.
How I work
I start by looking at how the work runs today: who needs which information and where it gets stuck. Some of that is worth automating, some is not. I will tell you which.
I build in small steps. The first one is usually a single task that gets easier right away, like recording hours or filing a request. Everything after that builds on the same data.
If the paper has to stay, it stays. In CoreOps, some lists in the hall are still filled in by hand. They are scanned, sent to an email address and land in the right case on their own.
After launch I stay your contact. When a workflow changes, I adapt the software.

Frequently asked questions
- Which workflows can be automated?
- Anything that repeats often and has clear steps: recording hours, approving requests, filing documents, keeping stock. Where experience matters, a person still decides. The software takes the retyping off their hands.
- Do I need new devices?
- Usually not. The application runs in the browser and on smartphones or tablets you already have. An existing scanner can often be connected.
- What does it cost?
- That depends on the size of the workflow. In the intro call we look at what you have in mind, and afterwards I give you a ballpark.
